We also track and collect information about user interaction such as when an app is installed, wallet recharge is completed, a consultation is made with Astrologer – This information includes – Device information, Local storage, cookies and similar technologies and mobile notifications. We use this data to improve our platform and provide users with a better experience.

At OneAstro we strive to provide the most accurate predictions of your future. Our qualified astrologers are experienced in Vedic, Tarot Reading, Numerology, Vastu, Lal Kitab, Palmistry, Face Reading, Birth Chart Analysis and more. OneAstro provides its users the ability to create free kundli, check their free daily horoscope and read daily astrology blogs among other exciting features.

Setting up a profile on OneAstro  is completely optional, but logging in gives access to some extra features including – Kundli Creation, Astrologer Consultation and Profile creation.

When setting up a user profile on OneAstro, you will be asked to furnish certain details. The essential information comprises your phone number, which is essential for OTP (One-Time Password) verification to guarantee the security and legitimacy of the registration procedure. Furthermore, you have the option to input your full name, date of birth (DOB), Time of Birth (TOB), Place of Birth (POB) and gender with all these being non-mandatory, meaning you are not obligated to provide it during the registration process.

When you delete your account, your Profile will be permanently removed. For security reasons, we can’t delete an account for you. You’ll need to be able to log in to your account to request deletion. If you use the OneAstro app on Android or App store, you’ll need to go to OneAstro App in order to delete your account. Then follow the following steps after logging in.

Tap Delete account, then write reason for deleting

After your account has been deleted, you can sign up again.

When you acquire our services and features through our application or website, you are entering into an agreement to fully pay for the services you have purchased. All In-App purchases are conducted via the App Store (for iPhone & iPad) and Google Play Store (for Android) or through third-party payment gateway (Razorpay)

Similarly, on our website, if you make a purchase of our services or products, the payment process will be managed by a third-party payment gateway. Currently, we utilise Razorpay as our chosen payment gateway.

The payment gateway will gather certain information from you, including your name, address, phone number, email, and card details. Only a minimal amount of this information is shared with us, which is used to establish your customer account with us. Crucially, sensitive financial details like credit card information are not shared with us.

Incase of refund/ cancellations of order if the service is not fulfilled, you need to raise a ticket through the OneAstro app’s Help and Support section explaining the situation. Any refunds made are at sole discretion of OneAstro Platform and all the refunds will be made to the OneAstro wallet and won’t be made to your original payment source.
